This is an initial assessment with no commitment, and it provides an opportunity for us to get to know one another.
Online Individual Session - 50 min - $50
This is for those who have already done the initial assessment.
Online Couples Session - 50 min - $70
This is for couples who have already done the initial assessment.
About Insurance
Most extended health plans cover Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), working under clinical supervision. Some cover up to $500/year, others up to $4,000/year. Please check with your benefits administrator for more details.

I hold the designation of Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario, where I’ve completed a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. In British Columbia, counselling is not currently regulated by a government body; however, I am actively working toward completing the supervision hours required to become a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.
At this stage, I offer sessions at a reduced rate to reflect my provisional status. This fee will be adjusted once full registration is obtained.
