This is an initial assessment with no commitment, intended to help us get to know each other and determine whether I am the right therapist for you.
Online Individual Session - Follow-up 50 min - $80
This is for those who have already done the initial assessment.
Online Couples Session - Follow-up 50 min - $120
This is for couples who have already done the initial assessment.
About Insurance
Most extended health plans cover Certified Canadian Counsellor and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), working under clinical supervision. Some cover up to $500/year, others up to $4,000/year. Please check with your benefits administrator for more details.

I hold the designation of Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) and am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in the province of Ontario.
In British Columbia, counselling is not currently regulated by a provincial governing body; however, I am in the process of obtaining recognition as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
While my application is under review, I offer counselling sessions at a reduced rate to reflect my provisional status in British Columbia. Fees will be adjusted upon receipt of full RCC registration.
