    Complimentary Online Initial Session for Individuals (Adults and Teens) and Couples - 50 min

    This is an initial assessment with no commitment, intended to help us get to know each other and determine whether I am the right therapist for you.

    Counselling and Psychotherapy session

    Adult Online Individual Session - Follow-up 50 min - $80 

    Teen Online Session - Follow-up 50 min - $50

    This is for those who have already done the initial assessment.

    Couple Counselling and Psychotherapy session

    Couples Online Session - Follow-up 50 min - $120

    This is for couples who have already done the initial assessment.

    About Insurance

    Most extended health plans cover Psychotherapy/Counselling services. Please check with your benefits administrator for more details. SERA Counselling doesn't process direct billing.
